Two decades of diverse industry experience have deeply connected me with the startup ecosystem. As the co-founder and CEO of Startup Steroid, I have built a robust platform that facilitates a startup’s business process.

My entrepreneurial journey is backed by in-depth know-how in talent management, business operations, and digital marketing. Nurturing promising startups and empowering entrepreneurs is my business credo. I have participated in over 1,000 pitch events. The investments in more than 40 startups testify to my strong suit towards startups. Managing a $3 million fund dedicated to early-stage ventures speaks volumes about me. I am committed to fostering innovation, as reflected in my involvement with TiE SoCal. Currently, I serve as a Board Member of TiE SoCal Angels Fund. Erstwhile, I held office as the President of TiE SoCal.

In addition to my work in the startup world, I am the Founder and Executive Leader of Optizm Global, an executive search firm specializing in building high-performing teams. Of the many leadership roles I have had in various organizations, the only thing constant has been quality deliverables.
